MP: Modi launches multiple development projects worth Rs 17,000 cr NEW DELHI: In a virtual ceremony, Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi inaugurated and dedicated multiple development projects worth Rs 17,000 crore across Madhya Pradesh. These projects span various critical sectors, including irrigation, power, road, rail, water supply, coal, and industry. Modi also launched the Cyber Tehsil project in Madhya Pradesh, expressing confidence in the public's trust in his commitments. During the event, the Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for three railway projects with a combined cost exceeding Rs 2200 crore. These projects involve the construction of the third line in the Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi - Jakhlaun & Dhaura - Agasod route, gauge conversion in the New Sumaoli-Jora Alapur railway line, and the Powarkheda-Jujharpur rail line flyover. To boost industrial development in the state, Modi also laid the foundation stone for multiple industrial projects summing of Rs 1000 crore across Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, he initiated the establishment of six substations in Panna, Raisen, Chhindwara, and Narmadapuram districts to strengthen the power sector. These substations will benefit eleven districts, namely Bhopal, Panna, Raisen, Chhindwara, Narmadapuram, Vidisha, Sagar, Damoh, Chhatarpur, Harda, and Sehore. Furthermore, the Prime Minister marked the commencement of various projects worth around Rs 880 crores under AMRUT 2.0 and dedicated a project aimed at enhancing water supply in Khargone.

NEW DELHI: In a virtual ceremony, Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi inaugurated and dedicated multiple development projects worth ₹17,000 crore across Madhya Pradesh. These projects span various critical sectors, including irrigation, power, road, rail, water supply, coal, and industry.

Modi also launched the Cyber Tehsil project, expressing confidence in the public’s trust in his commitments.

During the event, the Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for three railway projects with a combined cost exceeding ₹2,200 crore.
