Disabled friendly park to open in Hyderabad

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is set to open a disabled friendly park in Hyderabad made over 1.03 acres. The park is specially designed for visually and hearing impaired people as well as for physically and mentally challenged ones. It has a recreational zone with rides and gardens, also acquired a statue of Lois Braille, the inventor of Braille. GHMC has fixed an investment of Rs 28.20 lakh annually for maintenance, of which 25% will come by donations.
