LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh (UP) Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday, February 25, said that COVID-19 recovery rate in UP is the best in the country. He added that World Health Organisation (WHO) has also praised the efforts of the state in managing COVID-19.
CM Adityanath said that active cases in the state are around 2,000 and the hospitals have below 500 active cases. On Tuesday, February 23, he released the protocols which should be followed to avoid the COVID-19 infection and said that the pandemic is not yet over. CM Adityanath also asked all the district magistrates to hold meetings at the Integrated Command and Control Centres and COVID-19 hospitals, twice daily.
