PANAJI: Vishwajit Rane, Minister of Urban Development, Government of Goa has said that the state government will formulate a masterplan for every municipality in the state, after consultation with all stakeholders, councilors and other officials.
The Minister was chairing a meeting with the officials of the Department of Urban Development to review all the ongoing and pending projects. He also directed the officials to utilise the center’s schemes to their fullest potential to fulfill the Prime Minister’s vision of ensuring ease of doing business. The department also plans on conducting a public awareness campaign to apprise them of their services. Monthly review meetings will be held from now onto review the progress of ongoing projects, utilisation of funds, pending projects, etc.
