NEW DELHI: Seven airports namely Chennai, Goa, Kolkata, Pune, Patna, Bhubaneswar and Chandigarh have been chosen for Voice of Customer Recognition, as per the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey 2021, released recently. The Airports Council International launched the ‘Voice of the Customer’ initiative to acknowledge and recognise airports that continue to prioritise their customers and are committed to ensuring that their voice is heard, even as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
The ASQ awards give recognition to airports around the world that deliver the best customer experience in the opinion of their own passengers. The survey programme includes the research tools and management information to understand passengers’ views and what they want from the products and services standpoint.
