BHUBANESWAR, Odisha: Mo Bus, Capital Region Urban Transport India, has been awarded United Nations’ Public Services Award, for their innovative public service delivery, in a virtual celebration held on June 22.
A total of 10 global initiatives were awarded by the United Nations during a virtual ceremony organised by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs on June 22. These ten initiatives are from Canada, Brazil, Ireland, Poland, Ukraine, Panama, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand and the Philippines. UN has honoured the contribution of these initiatives towards helping the world to recover from the COVID-19, keeping children safe, promoting gender equality and protecting life below water.
