Haryana: CM Khattar inaugurates 60 Amrit Sarovars CHANDIGARH: Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar inaugurated 60 Amrit Sarovars across the state under the Amrit Sarovar Mission. The inauguration took place at Dult village, Tohana assembly constituency in Fatehabad district. The 60 Amrit Sarovars include three in Bhiwani district, six each in Charkhi, Dadri and Jhajjar, seven in Nuh, 31 in Fatehabad, four in Hisar and one each in Kaithal, Palwal and Panchkula district. In his address after the inauguration, CM Khattar urged the people to ensure efficient use of water and avoid its wastage. According to an official statement, Haryana has successfully constructed 2,078 Amrit Sarovars under this mission.
