Such schools are fully stocked with digital technology such as tablets, smart TVs, and electronic study material, officials informed on Wednesday, February 2. It’s a primary school located in Najafgarh Zone’s Dwarka Sector-3.

This step of opening a fully, digitally equipped school has been fostered as result of collaboration between SDMC and an NGO. It was inaugurated by Nikita Sharma, Chairman, Education Committee, SDMC, according to the officials. It comes prepared with all the modern and advanced facilities, classrooms with the provision of tablets, LED, advanced podium, intranet, etc. Each classroom entails at least sixteen ‘e-study content’ for the students.  The step facilitates the proper and efficient delivery of teaching services and will also provide a robust education and assessment methodology, as per civic body officials. Besides benefitting both students and teachers via this step, it will further propagate ‘Digital India’ initiative flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
