RAIPUR, Chhattisgarh: Bhupesh Baghel, Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, on Sunday, May 1, launched the ‘Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana’. Under this scheme, up to 100 public services will be provided at the doorstep of the resident of Chhattisgarh.
‘Mukhyamantri Mitaan Yojana’ has been launched as a pilot project in the 14 civic bodies of Chhattisgarh. According to the officials, the scheme, for the time being, will be launched in limited areas such as Rajnandgaon, Raipur, Bilaspur and Durg. Under this scheme, 100 services like obtaining the birth, death, domicile, income, caste, and marriage certificates.
In 2018, the government of Delhi launched a similar initiative. Under the scheme, 100 services were made available to the residents of Delhi at their doorstep. The residents of Delhi have to dial 1076 on their phone then a ‘Mobile Sahayak’ would come and collect all the necessary documents to reduce the long queues outside the government offices.
