JAIPUR: Shanti Dhariwal, Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Rajasthan has launched several schemes of Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) in Jaipur. An app named ‘Book my Chowpati’ was also launched for the convenience of people visiting Pratap Nagar and Mansarovar Chowpatis.
According to a statement by Dhariwal on the ceremony, in three and a half years of their government coming to power, RHB has given a turnover of more than Rs 6000 crore. Earlier, there were 20,000 surplus houses, which were sold via ‘Wednesday Auction Utsav’. A revenue of Rs 3120 crore has been generated from selling 14,437 residential and commercial properties. Possession of flats of ‘Mukhyamantri Shikshak and Prahri’ Residential Schemes will be given in July.
