India has a special chance to contribute to the global agenda by highlighting the issues of international significance during the G20 Presidency. India’s message and overarching aims will be reflected in the G20 Presidency’s logo, theme, and website.

The G20 is a platform for worldwide economic cooperation, encompassing over two-thirds of the world’s population, over 75 per cent of global trade, and 85 per cent of the global Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Over the course of its G20 Presidency, India will host around 200 meetings concerning 32 distinct industries at various venues all over India. One of the most important international events that India will host is the G20 Summit, which will take place the following year.
