Noida authority to supply oxygen to those in home quarantine

Representative Image

NOIDA: The Noida Development Authority (NDA), in view of the scarcity of oxygen cylinders, has started an initiative to help COVID-19 positive patients under home isolation. The Authority will provide oxygen cylinders along with the facility of refilling empty ones. For this, people will also have to deposit a minimum security deposit of Rs 2500 in the work circle office.

Till now, the NDA was refueling oxygen at two centres in the city. But now, people can take oxygen cylinders as well from the authority. After people recover completely, they will be required to return this cylinder to the NDA. This additional facility has been introduced from May 11 in Noida.
