NOIDA: The Multi-level parking project in Sector 38A at Botanical Garden and three-level underground parking at Film City in Sector 16A will be completed by March 31. It is estimated that the two projects of Rs 689.59 crore will reduce the parking crowd and decongest roads in the Botanical Garden metro station and Filmcity area.

The multi-level car parking at Botanical Garden has a capacity to accommodate 7000 cars and has a project cost of Rs 573 crore. Whereas, the three floor underground parking at Film City in Sector 16A will accommodate about 1292 cars, built at a project cost of Rs 110.59 crore.

In particular, parking projects in Sector 38 A and Sector 16 A are close to Sector 18, Noida’s biggest commercial center, in which there are many shopping malls, food joints, shops and restaurants besides having densely crowded Atta Market on the other side of the road.
