Modi to inaugurate 30,000 MW renewable energy park

GANDHINAGAR: Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, will inaugurate the largest renewable solar and wind energy park and desalination plant in Kutch, Gujarat, on Tuesday, December 15.

While talking about the development, Vijay Rupani, Chief Minister of Gujarat, said that the PM will arrive in Gujarat to inaugurate two works. One is the world’s largest renewable energy park, that has capacity of 30,000 megawatts (MW) from solar and wind energy. The second is the inauguration of a desalination plant set up at Mandvi to provide drinking water to the public and industries.
