PUNE:  A land in the city, which was inaugurated last week in Pune by Usha Dhore, Mayor, Pimpri Chinchiwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), would be used for the construction of Padmavati Hospital, the first modular hospital to become operational in Maharashtra. This establishment is a joint collaboration of PCMC and Nuance India Private limited.

Nuance India Private Limited has lent a sum of Rs 2.5 crore for the construction of this hospital. Being a modular hospital, it has independent container cabins that are capable of producing both standalone and combined facilities in times of need.  The land which has been reserved for the hospital is Charoli’s Vadmukhwadi. Moreover, the execution of the project is likely to span over a period of three months, a PCMC official informed.
