Roshy Augustine, Minster of Water Resources, Government of Kerala, will inaugurate the initiatives at Vellayambalam on Monday, July 26.
Efforts are being made by the IT wing to enhance e-governance services. A customer-friendly portal is also being launched, which will aid the customers to access all information regarding the connection. They will also install an online payment portal that will allow payment of water quality testing fees and provide information about water quality testing labs across the state.

The software in these machines will be established to link the KWA billing software e-abacus. Moreover, a geographic information system-based optimal site selection system will be installed, which will help to select the most suitable site for wastewater treatment plants and bank transfer portals will facilitate transaction information.
