Kubota expands its footprint in UP

With the increasing focus of the Government of India to support manufacturing in India, Kubota Agricultural Machinery India started manufacturing some of its tractor variants in India in July last year. Earlier, Kubota had invested approximately 16 Billion Yen in Escorts, an Indian leading tractor manufacturer to increase its presence in the Indian tractor market, which is among the world’s largest tractor markets. Kubota is also aggressively expanding its presence in the nook and cranny of rural India. Recently, Shree Radharani Motors was inaugurated in Unnao district in a grand ceremony attended by thousands of farmers from nearby villages. During the event, the company’s team showcased farmers various agriculture products and explained how they could benefit the farmers in the long run in their day-to-day activities. Abhishek Dixit from the dealership said that Kubota is known for its agriculture machinery in over 100 countries for its agriculture machinery and benefitting farmers. I am sure that its increasing presence in UP would help farmers by optimizing their efforts, increasing their income, and ramp up food production for the larger public good. Kubota is committed to providing technologically advanced products that can enhance farm productivity and increase the Indian farmer’s income. Going forward, Kubota aims to establish a joint research and development center with Escorts to develop products that are optimized for the local market and shorten the development period.
