HYDERABAD: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) will prepare 2,000 online building plans by May 1, for those looking forward for an independent house to make obtaining the building permission hassle free.
The plans will be prepared keeping in mind the plots of 200 square yards, 300 square yards, and 500 square yards and would be made available online on the GHMC website.
A statement by civic body mentioned that permissions would be given within 48 hours to those applicants who submit pre-approved building plans, besides fulfilling other requirements.
M Dana Kishore, Commissioner, GHMC while discussing the details during a meeting on April 18, directed the officials to conduct zone-wise meetings for informing the prospective home owners about building permissions.
