DSE, Jammu, to launch digital studio for teachers

SRINAGAR: The Directorate of School Education (DSE) will introduce a digital studio in Jammu division for teachers to deliver online lectures, a senior official said on Thursday, January 14.

Anuradha Gupta, Director of DSE, Jammu, said that the Ministry of Education (MoE) has authorised the launching of the digital studio under the Samagra Shiksha scheme. She added that while the directorate will set up the digital studio very soon, numerous measures to enhance and enrich the quality of education through digital interventions should put in place for making learning more efficient and effective.

The directorate will also introduce an official YouTube channel – ‘Shiksha darpan’. It is to broadcast video content and e-magazine ‘Shiksha Patrika’ for written content facilitated by students, teachers and other stakeholders.
