Delhi government to enhance aesthetics of city entry points

NEW DELHI: Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi approved a proposal on December 26, regarding beautification of five entry points and creation of gates to the national capital. The plan was presented by Delhi Tourism and Transport Development Corporation in which five entry points would be beautified in phase-I and later the initiative might be extended to more such points.

The aim is to enhance the aesthetics of city entry points to make it appear pleasing to the commuters entering the city. 

Five entry points that have been identified for the purpose in phase-I are Gurugram Border, Tikri Kalan Border, Ghazipur Border, Apsara Border and Anand Vihar border near Kaushambi.
