NEW DELHI: Delhi, the national capital of India, has been included in the list of World’s Best Cities for 2020–21. Delhi is the only Indian city to be featured among the 100 best cities across the world and has been ranked 62ndin the list.
As compared to the list from last year, Delhi has improved its position from 81st to 62nd. The ranking has been conducted by Resonance Consultancy Limited, a company based in Vancouver and New York City. It specialises in destination development, branding, marketing, design, tourism, data, and travel reports.
The ranking is done based on the quality of the place, reputation and competition identity of the global cities based on perception of the people such as businessmen and tourists. Other than Delhi, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Rome, Abu Dhabi, and many others were also included in the list.
