ODISHA: ‘Cyclone Titli’ is likely to move towards north-west for next 12 hours and is expected re-curve and head north-east towards Gangetic West Bengal across Odisha. As expected high Sea tides was seen in the coastal areas in Gopalpur after ‘Titli’ made a landfall.
