Assuring a decent honorarium and a secure environment to work for the sanitation workers, Yogi said, “The sanitation workers must get the respect they deserve. In particular, the government will ensure the arrangements for the security of sewers, along with the provision of additional honorarium for them.”

He further added that his government is committed to developing infrastructure and is preparing to launch electric vehicles in districts like Unnao, Sitapur, Barabanki, and Raebareli.

The Urban Development Department has also taken steps to build auditoriums in the Mau Municipal Council at the cost of ₹15 crore in memory of freedom fighters and martyrs.

He claimed that seven municipal corporations in the state have been brought under the Smart City Mission while other municipal corporations are underway to connect with the same project.
