NEW DELHI: Y4D, India’s esteemed non-governmental organization, administered an Empowerment Conclave on the occasion of its 6th Foundation Day on September 27 in New Delhi. The conclave served as a significant platform for bringing together ministers and experts to share their perspectives on the holistic development of the nation.
The conclave was planned to fuel discussions on topics and different prospects, which can be utilized in aiding the nation’s development in the next 25 years. Y4D Foundation envisages a nation where every citizen lives a content life. This can be achieved by empowering the marginalized and unprivileged sections of society. We are taking steps to shape a sustainable society for future generations,” said Praful Nikam, President, Y4D Foundation. The event commenced with a grand vision for a better and prosperous India, it also included the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Y4D Foundation and Policy Bazaar for a large-scale Financial Literacy Program. This program can assist various life goals, which include saving for education or retirement and responsibly using debts.
Moreover, this program aligns with most of the schemes initiated by the Government of India. Promoting digital literacy is one of the major constituents of this program, which will not only bridge the wealth gap but will also facilitate economic mobility between different sections in society.
