JAIPUR, Rajasthan: Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, took part in the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony for 17 road projects with a collective investment of more than ₹25,000 crore.
Gadkari inaugurated various projects including construction work of 6-lane Chittorgarh-Udaipur section costing ₹11 crore, construction work of two-lane paved of 44 km Beawar-Asind section costing ₹206 crore, construction of two-lane paved shoulder of 43 km Asind-Mandal section at a cost of ₹104 crore, construction of four-lane of 14-km Beawar-Gomati section (Baghana to Mada Ki Bassi) at a cost of ₹104 crore, and construction of four-lane of 16-km from Bhamrasiya at a cost of ₹14 crore.
The inauguration event saw the presence of other distinguished guests, including VK Singh, Minister of State for Road Transport, Government of India, Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, among others.
