NEW DELHI: Electric vehicles (EVs) start-up, EV Motors India, on November 28, 2018, launched its first public EV charging outlet‘PlugNgo’ in India, assembled at the DLF area in Gurgaon.
EV motors partners with DLF, Delta Electronics India and ABB India for further development and expansion of the project. The company said that this partnership will further introduce 6,500 charging outlets over the next five years with a total estimated investment requirement of $200 million.
Over the course of next 12 months, the company plans to set up 20 outlets and service centres in the Delhi-NCR region, and would later expand its reach to other cities.
