Justice Najmi Wazri directed EDMC to file an affidavit along with the photographs of the area before the next date of hearing with reference to the clearance of encroachments near Plot No 5, SC II, Jhilmil Area, Shahdara, Delhi. The directions were made when a petitioner presented photographs in the court to depict the nature of encroachments.
