JPS Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd has built a six-storey building in Shahberi village. Flats built in this building were sold out. A family was shifted to it. The building was found weak so the authority surveyed the area. If its columns were weak then the builder covered it with an iron sheet. Now the Authority will hire this bonding.The family living in this building has also been shifted. Apart from this, the Authority has issued notice to 20 more buildings on Sunday. These buildings are dangerous too. These will also be dropped. However, before this, check the strength of the Authority and PWD buildings.
The notice was circulated by the Greater Noida Authority in Billing. It was informed in the notice that illegal construction cannot be done in the notified area of the authority. The authority has asked the builder to drop the bonding within seven days, if it does not do so at the appointed time, the authority will drop it.
Authorities took the review
The people present near the building told that officers of the authority came here. He told that the building will not be dropped right now. The building will be screened with PWD first. If PWD reports the removal of some shortcomings in the building, it will be rectified. If the report is dropped, then action will be taken accordingly. Greater Noida Authority’s CEO Partha Sarathi Sen Sharma said that this kind of construction cannot be made in the notified area of the authority. The builder has been given seven days time to demolish this building. If it does not fall in time, the Authority will take the action itself.
Nearby buildings will be reduced
This is the reason that the authority and police team has ordered the evacuation of buildings around this building. The people living in the surrounding buildings have been asked to shift from one place to another so that there is no problem in the fall of Billing.
Noida survey of authority in villages
Despite the holiday on Sunday in Noida villages, the survey of illegal buildings of Noida Prefecture continued. Hopefully this work will be completed by Monday. After this the Authority will initiate the process of sealing or demolishing them.
